Cancellation Policy

  • To secure your appointment at our salon, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit ensures your preferred time and date is reserved just for you. Deposits can only be applied to the location where the booking is made and will be deducted from your treatment service. If you provide more than 24 hours notice for a reschedule, your deposit can be carried over to your next available appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable within the same location if the 24-hour notice is met.

  • We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits can only be used at the location where they were booked. This policy helps us keep appointments available for all clients.
