Before You Book

To secure your appointment at our salon, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit ensures your preferred time and date is reserved just for you. Deposits can only be applied to the location where the booking is made and will be deducted from your treatment service. If you provide more than 24 hours notice for a reschedule, your deposit can be carried over to your next available appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable within the same location if the 24-hour notice is met.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits can only be used at the location where they were booked. This policy helps us keep appointments available for all clients.

• Gift vouchers are for the named recipient only.

• They can only be redeemed at the location where they were purchased.

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date and must be redeemed before expiry.

• The voucher number is required at the time of booking.

• Vouchers can be redeemed for a service of equal or lesser value, or upgraded by paying the difference.

• They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift vouchers.

• By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you agree to these terms.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
